Sparrow, a hometown kid of Harrodsburg, Kentucky. Now a five year veteran of college basketball with a 77-63 record with a 65% win percentage throughout his tenure at Campbellsville University Harrordsburg. In 2024, Sparrow won the NCCAA Mideast Coach of the Year award. During the five seasons at Campbellsville Harrodsburg, Sparrow has won two Mideast Regional Championships (2022 & 2024), and one DII NCCAA National Championship (2022).Â
Sparrow, previously was a student assistant at Lindsey Wilson College where he spent two seasons under Paul Peck and Chris Starks. While at LWC, Sparrow also was a member of the men's track and field team winning four consecutive Mid-South conference championships. (2015-2018). During Sparrow's time at LWC he was a apart of the 2018 Mid-South Conference men's basketball championship. Graduating with a bachelor's degree in middle grades and secondary education.Â
While Sparrow has been at Campbellsville Harrodsburg, he obtained his Master's degree in 2019 in Sports Management. Sparrow is an active member of NABC, Nations of Coaches, Rising Coaches, USA Basketball, and FCA. Â
Sparrow enjoys spending his free time with his wife of 2 years, Lauren Sparrow, and his two golden doodles, Coach and Norman.Â
Sparrow focuses on incorporating faith, family, education, and basketball into his teams and looks forward to developing young men of championship character. He fosters hard work, dedication, and a love for the game of basketball.Â
