The Bevo Classic tipped-off today in Rio Grande, OH and the Lady Pioneers were hopeful to bounce back after a tough string of games. The Lady Pioneers faced off against the Rochester University (MI) Warriors from NAIA's Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference today in their opening game. 
 
The Lady Pioneers first quarter saw a heavy dose of offense scoring 20 points on the Warriors. However, defensively struggled as they still trailed after one quarter. The Lady Pioneers 
 
The Pioneers would start the second off hot, cutting the lead to 10 points. However, soon after that the Warriors would go on a run of their own to go back up 25 points in the fourth quarter.
 
The Lady Pioneers couldn't get anything going today and drop their 7^th straight game of the season after falling to the Rochester University (MI) Warriors 108-78. Up next for the Lady Pioneers is an 11AM tip-off with UC-Clermont tomorrow morning.
