The Pioneers Men's soccer team is traveling to Boyce College Bulldogs this Friday at 6pm. The Pioneers coming off a win in their last contest against Crown College Royal Crusaders 9-2.
The Pioneers will look to build off the momentum that they gained behind an outstanding performance from multiple Pioneers. The Pioneers saw Goals by 6 different Pioneers last week in the offense explosion.
Brandon Ballard led the way with three goals and five assists. Baily Pittman would add in a pair of goals. Then
Hunter Vance scored his first college goal in his career, along with
Gavin Hawkins,
Gavin Padgett, and
Ace Canales.
Boyce is 3-4-1 on the season and 1-2-1 in conference play with their lone win coming to Appalachian Bible College.
The Pioneers will be looking to boost their regional seeding and have a wonderful opportunity to do so this Friday night.

Brandon Ballard had said this about the upcoming games "The team and I looking forward to playing another conference opponent and showing what it means to be a Pioneer." Also adding in "This is a great test for the team heading into postseason play."
Head Coach
George Brown has this to say about the game "The team is excited to be going on the road in a conference game and to play a tough opponent in Boyce is always good to see where we are as a team before heading into regional tournament." Adding in "The Bulldogs a young team and played common opponents similar to us, so this should be a close match."
